Shipping & Local Pick Up

Where Locals Snack currently offer shipping with USPS & UPS to all 50 states within the United States. However, it may vary by city.

All shipping prices are calculated using their respective carriers APIs for USPS & UPS to ensure the most accurate shipping cost.

Please note at the moment are not offering free shipping. However, we are working very hard to find a free shipping option to offer in the near future.

If you are using a P.O. box for your receiving address, UPS will not be an available shipping option. The other option we can offer is USPS as we only work with two carriers at the moment: USPS & UPS.

We use packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and packing paper depending on the items ordered to make sure products do not shift and damage your snacks/drinks while in transit.

Please Note: As temperatures rise it becomes increasingly difficult to guarantee sweets(chocolate) and other melt-able goods will arrive in good condition. If temperatures in your location, or throughout transit are above 70 degrees Fahrenheit, goods may arrive slightly melted. At temperatures above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, products will be prone to melting in transit.

We are not responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping.

Claims made for broken or damaged products will be covered through post carrier insurance and the customer must make a claim through their accompanying website.

All damages are to be handled through the parcel service selected and the customer agrees to this when using our services.
